Shipping Time

• Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days of being placed.
• We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock.

• Purolator Ground and Purolator Air are available for most locations.
• Orders shipping from multiple warehouses may incur additional shipping charges.

• Credit cards issued outside of Canada are not accepted.

Returns

• No restocking fees!
• Altered items are not returnable.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Returns must be authorized by Blank Apparel.
• Returns without a RA # will be refused.
• Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
• Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.

Cancellations

• Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
• Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Backorders

• No backorders.
• If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order, and you will be notified.
