SHIPPING & RETURNS INFO
- 99% of all Orders ship same day for in stock items placed before 11am PST on normal buisness days*.

- We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock.
- Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days of being placed.
- We currently do not offer Purolator Saturday Delivery.
- Purolator will not deliver packages on holidays.

- Express options are available. Please select Purolator Express during checkout and customer service will confirm the cost prior to shipping
- Please be advised additional shipping charges may be incurred due to multiple warehouse and split shipping. Stock availability online shows stock throughout Canada, your order could be in stock but sent from multiple warehouses. You will be notified if there is an additional charges before your order is shipped.

- No COD
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you must return the unwanted items and place a new order for the wanted items. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy below for instructions on the return process.
- No restocking fees!
- Altered items are not returnable.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Returns must be authorized by Blank Apparel
- Returns without a RA # will be refused.
- Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
- Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
- Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
- Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
- Blank Apparel does not do backorders.
- If an item is unavailable you will be contacted. The order will be held until you confirm how you'd like to proceed.
